So we employ all our staff directly, and train them to work in each site they visit. As a result, you get high quality, consistently good cleaning. From a team of cleaning operatives you know and trust, who know the ins and outs of your commercial cleaning needs. Which can be very different depending on the type of business you run.
Therefore, if your cleaning operative is unwell or takes annual leave, we use our in house team of mobile operatives to manage your site. They arrive in company vehicles with ProAct Cleaning uniform and ID. So there’s never a situation when your business would be cleaned by an operative without our high standard of training. Whilst agency staff can be incredibly useful at times of change; we feel that keeping our employment and training in house gives customers the quality and consistency of service they deserve.
