This International Women’s Day we are sharing how we ensure equality for all our commercial cleaning teams, always. We give the same rate of pay for all staff members regardless of gender and always have. Gender is not a consideration for our management teams during quoting, recruitment or when agreeing rates of pay for our staff teams. Whatever the pay is for a certain role, it is the same for all candidates, male or female and is clearly advertised. Why share this? Because as the gender pay gap continues to widen we want to share that in our organisation we value all our staff and their work.
Every staff member we have is fully trained and supported to fulfil their role, gender does not factor into this. All our cleaning staff are hired locally to each site so they have easy access to their place of work. This reduces potential inequality around access to transport. All uniform, equipment and supplies are provided so no staff members are out of pocket before they start working for us.
