All our new cleaning contracts are set up to include the Real Living Wage so our staff receive fair & just pay for their work. We are currently in the process of becoming an official Recognised Service Provider for the Living Wage Foundation.
We have a monthly rewards and recognition programme to celebrate the hard work of our teams. Every month, staff members are nominated & rewarded for their outstanding efforts.
