There have been unquestionable work environment challenges of the past few years. Our cleaners have worked very hard to help keep our customers workplaces clean and safe. The days of lockdowns and workplace closures threw serious challenges in the way of our Operatives. However, they showed great adaptability, diligence and proactivity in the face of some unprecedented yet unavoidable workplace regulations. Our teams have always gone above and beyond for our customers and continue to do so. That’s the ProAct way.

Rewarding The Hard Work Of Our Cleaning Teams

All our new cleaning contracts are set up to include the Real Living Wage so our staff receive fair & just pay for their work. We are currently in the process of becoming an official Recognised Service Provider for the Living Wage Foundation.

We have a monthly rewards and recognition programme to celebrate the hard work of our teams. Every month, staff members are nominated & rewarded for their outstanding efforts. We get many lovely emails and feedback from customers about their cleaners. We ensure this valued feedback is always considered for rewards & recognition.

All current staff get first refusal on new job opportunities should they wish to explore further positions within ProAct. Our cleaners are with us because they are brilliant at what they do. It stands to reason that we would offer them any further opportunities within our company.

We support the local charities that matter to our staff. At ProAct Cleaning, we take our commitment to our chosen charitable causes very seriously. We regularly liaise with our staff for input whenever we review our charity commitments to help direct our efforts to those that are important to our staff.
